The field can take 40 Characters but will only print 38.

Often if a lot of the address is missing it is due to monitor scaling. Make sure the display settings scale and layout are set at 100%.

Another thing that can cause problems is the printer driver. Try setting a different printer as the default printer or updating the printer drivers.

One work around is to right click on the preview button and save to a pdf.

Another thing to try is setting the scaling comparability.

Right click on the application icon and choose properties.

Then Select the compatibility tab

Depending on the version of windows you have the DPI setting might be on this screen. In this case select the Change high DPI settings.

Check the box and select "System"

Then apply.
