This is usually caused by copying the previous years database instead of importing the data from it.
Open Mag-Filer
Go to Utilities and click show database name and make note of where your database is located and what it is named.
Create a new Database by going to Utilities>Select Database>Create New Database
Next Select Import > Previous Years Data
Select the database that you located in step one with the show database name window and click open
Select the top left checkbox and click Import
