If you missed a record, you can add the record to the existing Payer. When you create the E-file (an Original), MAG-FILER will ask you if you want to create an E-file for just the new records or for all. You should answer yes just the new records. Then confirm in the summary report you have the correct number of payees. On the IRS you will want to file it as an original.
